SelectROW provides on-call project administration, easement acquisition and negotiation services to telecommunication clients for placement of major and minor telecommunication facilities throughout the United States. The acquisition and negotiation of communication easements include the placement of fiber optics, radio towers, cell sites, copper cables and associated above-ground appurtenances.
Our communication clients require detailed and granular unit planning authorization and approval on each on-call service provided. In addition, we maintain a stringent expectation with regard to turnaround timeline and completion of any required acquisitions, permitting and survey deliverables. Over the years, SelectROW has been able to partner successfully with their process team to identify efficiencies to reduce unit costs and target cycle-times for right of way and permitting deliverables.
